Can not able to export solution. I am getting below error on export of solution.
I checked event log but not able to resolve.

I have the same issue when exporting a solution from CRM2013 on premise
In my case I can't find any info in eventvwr, no log file and the error is not very pertinent
did you find out what is the root cause?
What browser are yo using to export the solution? Chrome tends to have some difficulties with solutions for me, so I typically prefer IE when importing and exporting solutions.

I have tried to export the solution with both Internet Explorer 10 and Firefox 31.7, the result is the same.
The account I used to perform the export is a CRM system admin and a local admin on my workstation
the annoying thing is that I cannot find any relevant error message in Eventvwr...
If I have found something I will let you know :-)
