In CRM 2013/2015, how can I set up an email campaign or mass mailing that comes from a generic mail account/distribution list/public folder like "Company XYZ Marketing Department" instead of individual users, like "Joe Smith", etc.? Is this possible?
I found out that you need to use a valid mailbox on the Exchange server; distribution lists or email-enabled public folders won't work. Here's a great guide on sending from queues: gustafwesterlund.blogspot.com/.../sending-emails-from-queue-with-email.html
