Hi CRM Experts,
I need help from your side. we have intergrated NAV 2015 and Crm 2013 and used connector V3 CU 4. CRM application is on another server. Nav application is on another server and connector is on another server. database server of nav,crm and connector is same. database server is kept in physical with different -2 VM's.
Issue is : when we just start connector service including deactivate all maps, Its cpu utilization get high approx 60 %.
Please suggest you answers.
Thanks in Advance,
This is a common behavior when connector service is started, other backed things happen when the connector service is started like checking the connections, constructing the cache, etc. As per my observation, it will take around a day or two to stabilize.
Thanks for your post. But we are facing this around from last 15 days. Is there any solution to resolve it.
Thanks & Regards,
