You can create a Quick View form and add it to the form. No need to write any codes.
This doesn't work because the quick view isn't getting filled in. On the Campaign Response you select the customer but that customer could be a contact, lead, or account - so the quick view form won't fill in that information dynamically based on the selection from the customer selection.
Either you create 2 quick view form based on the customer lookup
Or you can use workflow (but this one is not onchange)
