We are now experiencing an issue when we go into Campaigns >> Campaign Activities >> Distribute Campaign Activity, whereby CRM is not prompting us to add records to CRM, and it therefore does not close the Campaign Activity.  Of course, the issue is that no-one will know that we have sent out communications to our Members, so we need to get this sorted.

Has anyone experienced this issue?  FWIW, this happens across all users and environments, ie, it does matter which PC or OS we're on.
