New problem, I've installed the new version on FST and now I cannot add new games. It seems that the new games created do not show in crm and it's impossible for me to refresh the data in the settings page.
Please let me know your company name you used to register FST. I would like to verify that your SID's updated in FST upon upgrade. Thank you.

Thank you Paul. Your Service Account Identifier did not automatically update after upgrade. Therefore, I will submit ticket to manually change SID. Once completed I will notify you of next steps.
I had sent you a file to import that would automatically update your credentials. That is no longer necessary. We have manually updated the service account identifier for you. Therefore, please login to FST web app. Go to Games > CRM integration. Copy new SID, then login to CRM > FST Settings > New login and enter credentials. Then Refresh data in FST settings and let me know if you can now view new game in CRM. Thank you.
