I want to send a survey out to all of the employees of one of our clients. I don't have all of their email addresses in CRM. Can I send out the link to the survey in an email to email@example.com and have the responses create new leads?
I am not sure what you are asking with the first question, but using VOC you can have anonymous responses create new leads in Dynamics CRM. If you are looking at the survey form on the survey, there is an option to create a lead for an anonymous response. Just make sure that you also allow anonymous responses on the survey.
OK. I understand. I interpreted anonymous responses to be from people who would remain anonymous.
Thank you. It worked beautifully.
I set the survey to accept Anonymous responses and also set it to create a new lead from an anonymous response. I tested the survey and I did not get a new lead from the response. Is there anything else that needs to be configured in order for this to happen (I did get the responses).
Did you map the response fields using the response mapping field on a question?
I set the survey to accept anonymous responses and I also set it to create a lead from the anonymous response. I think I'm still missing a piece because the survey works, I get the response, but no new lead. Any thoughts (or links to more specific documentation), anyone?
Having the same issue. All the options are verified but still i don't have a lead for this response.
