Hi, I've got two questions:

1. I'm trying to find the best way to record activities (appointments and calls) that are created off the back off email sends or events. We're wanting to be able to measure the total no. of appointments or calls generated through our events/emails sends.  But, also, we are wanting to be able to measure this information (calls/appointments) by parent campaign. 

We have 5 parent campaigns for the year that all the events and email sends are related to.  What I'd like to know is, can we pull through all the data for calls and appointments to give overall stats for the parent campaigns?

2. When we currently record an appointments , we are regarding it to an event/email send. If we put the customer name in the 'required' field, will they be emailed an appointment through outlook? (We don't want this to happen; we just want the information recorded internally).
