I have two custom entity look up fields to be displayed on a web form as part of a step
The fields show on the portal but I cannot type in the boxes or search for the records from it
the step type is set to Edit, so I should be able to pick a value, records for the custom entity exist in CRM
I am using CRM online 2016 update 1 with the new portal
what i have understand is that you want to make searchable dropdownlist and bind it with lookup data ?
I have a look up field on a form CRM, this form is displayed on the portal as a web form step in edit mode, so I should be able to select a record from that lookup field on the portal just like I do in CRM correct? at the moment the field is displayed but I cannot populate it with a value
it was a caching issue, I shut down the portal and that seemed to work
Glad to hear you were able to resolve this. There can be a bit of lag between configuring CRM and having the results show in the portal. We are working to make this lag time as unnoticeable as possible. Thanks for posting.
i'm not sure if it the same issue :
i'm having difficulties to work with lookup fields on mobile forms(in my case Tablet) it is difficult to choose from the 10 recent displayed values(or that the values popout and gone or the the tablet keyboard raise up and values are "disappearing" , i need to re hit the lookup sign to populate a value, i can't erase a value.
any advise ?
