We have an email mailbox setup with CRM, we are receiving mails if the email address is in "To or in CC", but if the email address is in BCC, in CRM we are not seeing those mails, and we are not able to create a case for that, any possible solution will be highly appreciated... Thanks in advance.
The BCC is not used for tracking purposes because otherwise that would expose who was on the BCC to others when it should be 'blind'
You will need to use the CC line.
