I am getting the following error when sending out an e-mail via CRM.
Browser Used: Internet Explorer 10
Operating System: Windows 7
Any info on this would be appreciated.
Addendum: I have attempted to clear the cache and temp files, etc.
Have you tried with some other user / machine ?
Yes we have tried with a different user and machine. Have gotten similar issue there too. The issue does appear to be intermittent.
Going through the Processes logs. All the steps go through, then it seems to hang on "Prompt user to open email" and "Email Created" steps. (Just adding this on in case it is related to the error at all)

Can you try doing the following and see if it still occurs:
Go to the top right corner>>Click on settings button (wheel shaped)>>select options>>go to privacy tab>>select Automatically send an error report to microsoft..click ok>>refresh>>try sending email now
