I created a quick campaign for the entity fax (which I renamed to "present" - because I use it for that purpose), but unfortunately after going through the wizard no fax activities are being generated.
The System Job for this quick campaign is in Status finished and the quick campaign is showing no errors:
Same happens, if I create quick campaign based on selection of contacts via advanced find. And same happens if I create a campaign activity for some campaign and try to distribute the campaign activity.
The contacts are all set to allow bulk mail, allow fax and all that stuff, so I have no clue why it is not working.
Do you probably have any hint for me?
On the blue navigation bar>>click on the drop down arrow next to the campaign name 'test' and select 'failure'
You might get a reason there y the activies r not Getting created
Hi Thomas, do you have any workflows in place tied to the campaign activity or email entity? I worked through a situation yesterday on another thread (community.dynamics.com/.../218449) where I had a workflow tied to the email entity to be able to try and set the from address but it was failing and causing the distribute to not work. Once I made the changes identified in the thread it started working.

Yes I had a workflow in place, which sets the "from" to the owner of the contact. For the fax activities generated by the quick campaign the regarding isn't the contact, so it didn't work ... Now the fax activities are being generated correctly.
