Hi.. I am facing a problem with Marketing List on local on-premise production environment in IE11. I am not able to see the members for any of the ML. I do have the System Administrator Security Role. Exact situation is: 2 persons are trying to access the environment and both are using same credentials. User1 is able to see the members and User2 is not able to see any of them as shown in the screenshots below:
Though both are using IE11. Also, the user who is not able to see ML members, also facing another issue where all the data is compressed in the center of the screen as shown in the screenshot below:
Please try to Add CRM url in internet explorer compatibility view.

Adding domain name doesn't seem to make any difference. And, adding website URL is not possible : answers.microsoft.com/.../6cf64aef-02c0-4b37-a5c7-fc5e5f2f7fcd
It's the same issue being discussed in this thread. The only fix so far is to uninstall a problem Windows update (kb4015438 and KB4013429 on Windows 10). You can also modify one of the CRM css files to fix the issue that you are seeing, but there are other issues that will remain.
Is there any update from MS to fix this issue?
Yes, they fixed it allready:
kb4016446 vor Windows up to 8.1, and KB4016635 vor Windows 10.
