Hi, I am the system administrator of the CRM system and want to send bulk email on behalf of our sales team members. I have the Delegate Role to send email on behalf of other users. All sales team members has set Allow others to send email on behalf of. All sales members have the same security role. I have no problem to send on half of 7 out of 10 salespersons. 3 sales person's emails show Sending forever. 2 of the 3 person have no issue to send and receive email by themselves in CRM and outlook. 1 person can't send and receive email in CRM but his outlook email works fine.
Can anyone help?
Are they just using the Outlook plugin to track and send emails or do you have email router set up? From what it sounds like to me is that you are using email router and I would say to check the email settings in crm for the users having issues, also check the email router and make sure the users are setup in there as well. Thanks James! Actually I raised this issue for my client. I have asked him to do the check just as you have suggested but he found no problem. I want to suggest him to create a new user and assign records of the user who has trouble in sending email to the new user. Do you think it will work?
