We are currently running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 on prem. But we are interested in using the feature "Voice of the customer".Is it still only avaliable on the online version? Will it ever be supported for on premise solutions?
Voice of the customer is available only in CRM Online: docs.microsoft.com/.../get-feedback-surveys
"Voice of the Customer for Dynamics 365 is available with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2016 Update and later."
I don't know if it will be supported/available for CRM OnPremise as well.
