I've spent several days trying to repeate scanario of creating lead from post from social engagement.
Could somebody help me to understand what i'm doing wrong?
1. SE- CRM connection - Done!
2. Automatis record creation rule acording to this manual https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/social-engagement/configure-automatic-record-creation DONE!
How it works now?
I could push "link to crm" button and select the lead type
But then I see error message in link detail and can open CRM app page with post detail information
If I open my CRM there is only information about new contact and no leads, no cases.
Where is all this super-duper magic? Who knows magic words?
Finally it works. Problem gone when I removed Queue parameter in the CRM rule
