Users receive this error message when they want to save cases on the CRM application.
'The system could not log you on. This could be because your user record or the business unit you belog too has been disabled in Microsoft dynamics crm.'
Please I need help to resolve the error message.
Please note: I have checked al the user and business unit set up they are all intact.
This could be caused by a custom plugin installed on the case entity if the plugin is set to execute under the context of a user that is no longer enabled in the system. If there is no such plugin, then raise a support case with Microsoft.
