...when my users open a new service activity it default enters a date into "ScheduledStart".
I've checked the OnLoad scripts that are running on the entity - nothing is posting data.
I've checked the workflows, disabling any that are triggered on create, so see if any are updating that field.
Both of these have drawn a blank.
The only odd thing is that the date will set itself to either the first of this month (even if I create the entry today) or to todays date (there's nothing obvious in the way I'm creating that would dictate that it should have different dates), the start time is 00:00:00 and the end time is 07:30:00 (and the full day option is ticked)...this points towards the "Service" lookup is affecting the field since the majority of my services are 7.5 hours blocks (even though that field is blank when created).
Anyone able help a sane man retain his composure?
Wonder if this could be related in any way to Service Calendars. Do you have any created in your system?
Maybe these articles could helps ?
Hope this helps,
Verify for Business rules to fill this if any. Also make sure to check all the forms (if you have multiple forms) for scripts on load.
