Is it possible to fill the field "customized label" AFTER you have have created a relationship?
The field looks required (because of the * ), but when creating the relationship the field is not filled in the past.
Now we would like to fill the field but it is greyed out. I've checked and this is the case with managed and unmanaged relationsships.
How can I fill this field?
The screenshot which you have shared is for system relationship which is not customizable so you can't change the name but if you have any other relationship which is customizable then you can change the name.
Hope this helps.
Hi Erik J,
Change the setting from Plural to custom label and then save and publish:
The above screen shot is the Managed relationship between accounts and cases, so it is possible to do this for managed relationships.
