Since 5th of September my co-workers are facing issues with CRM 2013 plugin. For example, after they track an email and set regarding, the links do not appear anymore at the bottom of the message.

Did you deploy any CRM patch on the Oulook Client prior to that date? On what buid are you on at the moment? Have you tried installing the latest Update Rollup for the CRM 2013 Outlook Plug-in - does that fix the issue?
what is the outlook office version that you are using?
