We recently updated Office 365 to Version 1901 (build 11231.20130 Click-to-Run).
Now after selecting "Set Regarding" in the ribbon in Outlook you can't view where the email is being tracked to. Previously you were able to see the location of the tracked email in CRM from the tracked email in Outlook.
Since that function no longer works, users cannot see where in CRM they just tracked their email to.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Do you have first name and last name for the entity you are trying to do set regarding?
Answer is to check the display settings in Outlook (bottom right) and change it from Optimize for best appearance to Optimize for compatibility.
When you restart Outlook the Regarding information appears.
