We have a custom Bot, which creates/ Updates a record in CRM through Web API(integration). Is there any way to know whether a change has occurred in the current record without refreshing the form. Auto reload function is also okay, but will i be able to implement an upload function on update of a record through integration.
Unfortunately there is no OOB way to achieve your requirement in Dynamics 365.
I have worked on similar scenario and we implemented a button "Refresh" to refresh the page. This give user control to check for an updated value. Implementing an auto refresh is good idea but it will be an unnecessary load on the form, so if you can avoid it, I would suggest so.
Hope this helps.
Yes , this would work, I was just concerned if jscript will be able to retrieve the actual modified on value or it will just retrieve the one which is on the form.
