One of the USERS is not able to TRACK or use the " SET REGARDING " functionality from OUTLOOK. The USER has all the permissions in CRM. As a Test case, I assigned " SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR " rights but still wasn't able to use the functionality from Outlook. This is happening on a random basis, the error messages received by the USer is " RECORD IS UNAVAILABLE" or " THE REQUESTED RECORD WAS NOT FOUND OR YOU DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT PERMISSIONS TO VIEW IT " .
Tried the following options but still having the same issues
1. Cleared the Cache from the Browser
2. Used the " PRIVATE MODE "
We use the Single sign on authentication.
The error message is as follows

Have anyone encountered this problem before ?
Two things you can try:
1. In the same machine, try to unconfig the org from the outlook client, and then reconfig it. After that, check whether the issue still happens. If some meta data is not synced from server to client correctly, or the client side data is corrupted, this way you can clean the corrupted client side data and get the latest data from server again.
2. Try to use a different machine to config the user who has this issue, check whether the issue still happens. Since there is only one user who facing this issue in your org, this might be related to his machine setting/environment.
Hi Andy thanks for the reply. It's working but it's still causing the same issues.
If the number of recipients copied in the email are more than three then the user gets the same error message, but when the User emails the same email to himself, he/she is able to use the " SET REGARDING " functionality without any issues.
Do you think the problem is happening because of the number of people copied in the email ?
