Hello every one,
I am working on CRM dynamics 2015, recently we became unable to find contacts that are created recently on CRM via "Quick Search", but we manage to find them with "Advanced search".
in the other hand the contacts that existed already existed are still searchable via Quick Find view
What may be the problem?

Can you check how the quick find view is configured and if for the newly created records you are searching after a column that is defined as a quick find column?
In addition, I would enable a SQL Profiler (Events: RPC Completed - Text Data Column) or CRM Platform trace at a Verbose Level, while searching for a newly created contact and identify the SQL Query that gets executed in the background - then i would check the Query directly against the SQL Server DB directly and take it from there.
Is the problem reproducible also for other entities or only for contacts?
Thank you for your feedback, in fact we've already checked the configuration it seems to be fine since the other contacts are retrieved correctly. Also it appears that the problem concerns all newly created records such as accounts , cases...
What is the exact build? Have you tried upgrading to the latest update rollup for crm 2015?
