Please assist, workflow shows that it has been successful but no email sent, it was supposed to send email to notify me that new opportunity has been created.
Workflow may have succedded to trigger the email but eventually either server side syn or email router has to configure to send the email.
Once open the advanced find and check if any any emails are being generated if yes then what is their status. If they are generated and in pending send status then you need to look into email router or server side sync configuration.
To test if its not working for particular users. Manually create an email in CRM by setting relevant from and to address and try send it, If it also stuck in pending send status then we have isolated problem from workflow to Email configuration.
