Can you please explain the steps of up-gradation of USD version in CRM Version 1612 (188.8.131.52) (DB 184.108.40.206) on-premises.
The current version of USD managed solution (UiiForMicrosoftDynamicsCRM2011) is 220.127.116.116, we want to make it to the latest version. Is there going to be any impact post-up-gradation of the USD solution?

Follow this documentation and upgrade your USD related Solutions by choosing the "Unified Service Desk - Upgrade" Import package.
Also, Please update the Unified Service Desk client app to the latest v18.104.22.1689 by downloading from here www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

Thank you for the response. Is there going to be any impact post-up-gradation of the USD solution in any of the CRM components?
USD Solution Components(entities) do not really have relationship with any of CRM entity except for User I believe. By design we do not expect any impact on existing implementations with solution upgrade and USD client upgrade accordingly. If you want to be confident you can always test it first in your lower environments making a copy of your org.
Please start a support case with Microsoft if you encounter any issues.
