Currently, we are using Dynamics 365 CRM 2016 and email router for sending the emails along with ClickDimension integration. Recently we have noticed an error sending email through ClickDimension. The issue is intermittent, and we do not have a root cause identified. We have engaged ClickDimension support but also want to confirm there is not a setting on CRM side that is creating the interruption.
Could you please share error details to check this issue further?
