I need help configuring CRM Dynamics 2013.

I have started to use the quick campaign functionality in MS Dynamics and all is well, the only thing that I am unsure of is that when a campaign is run, for example an email merge, the activities appear within the campaign itself but the activities feed per Partners (in this case they are leads) are blank?

How to configure form view and entity relationships to get this result? Can someone confirm or guide me in the set up or customizations I may need to invoke?
