Has anyone encountered this issue when switching to UCI only app? We suddenly had this randomly pop up when opening entities:We noticed that the GUID parameter contained this: %2525253A%25252520%2525253A%25252520%2525253A%25252520%2525253A%which is causing the GUID not to be valid. Any idea on how to resolve this one?Thank you!!
Looking at the callstack, it seems to not like the entity image.
Just a short confirmation, if you are trying to go to one of the OOB entities, like for example account, contact, case, etc do you encounter the same error?
Also, I would like to confirm with you was that a custom entity, the one where you had been trying to navigate? If yes, could you please go to the associated sitemap and try to remove the entity image for UCI either from there or from the Entity Metadata?
If that's the case, the problem shouldn't be the navigation or the entity itself, but the image.
Please keep me posted if this works for you without the image, and if that's the case please try to investigate what happens with the image, maybe the path is incorrect.
I'm also seeing this with a number of customers and in my dev environments since the beginning of this week. It seems to be related to the new query string parameters that appeared over the weekend in all Model driven app entity forms: e.g.
That new query string option "recordSetQueryKey" is added to all entity forms in our Model driven apps. I'm 99.99% certain last week it wasn't there (I spent 40 hours last week testing an PCF component in my app on that same form so I feel like the old URL is burnt into my memory :) ).
Also the error references that parameter guid which is NOT the entity or record guid, for example:
Error: d78b1f3b-647a-ea11-a811-000d3a24cd8e%3A%20%3A%20%3A%20%3A%20%3A%20%3A%20false%3A%20%3A%20%3A%2050 is not a valid Guid value.

at Function.fromExternalGuid (https://....crm4.dynamics.com/uclient/scripts/app.js?v=1.4.1715-2010.2:2224:482)
However I just noticed that my error is a little different than the original one above, it does not reference any image.
the symptom you are facing seems to be related to a known issue which is aimed to be fixed in this weekend's update (November 14-15) in EMEA region (of course, I cannot confirm 100% this is the same root cause).
If you receive that update (CE version 9.1.0000.24940 or higher) and are still facing this issue, please raise a support request with the MS support.
I'm with the same problem after remove and include the primary field on the form.
No one solution yet???
Any update Microsoft on resolving this issue as it is impacting production environments! It is also absurd you can't submit support request (or get any help with CRM) now that it is migrated into power automate platform. Really make a firm want to migrate to salesforce.
We are at Version 1710 (18.104.22.16847) online and this issue is a major headache for us. If we refresh any form the new funky URL querystring change breaks lots of our custom web resources. Also the out of the box *Email a Link* button also blows up with a nastygram too. Any updates on when this will be fixed?
Ridiculous change. Users share Links all the time and now those are 15 lines.
Really feels that the Product Managers are quite disconnected.
Bump. Same for us.
