I am having one strange behavior of a user it is one of the admin users and used to send emails.
When i am trying to update the first and last name of the user the CRM becomes unresponsive and it does not update at all.
I am able to update for the earlier user other than admin and used to do it frequently.
Note: i am note trying to update the User login ID only the first and last name
Any suggestions ?
User first & last name are synched from Active Directory (and that is where you should change them) even if you do change them in CRM they will eventually get overwritten at the next change in AD.
I understand your point but there is some strange behavior, i can update other users and their names (yes late they can change) but for this when i update, it takes forever to save and at the end doesn't save anything also it makes the who system freeze for good 30 min.
Can you suggest any areas to look specifically for possible issue ?
