Since two weeks some users get the error message below, when they try to start the Outlook Add-In.
The login still works, but after that the error message appears.We have checked and updated the TLS, unfortunately without success.
As mentioned above, not all users are affected.Do you have a solution suggestion?

This is an Office Add in error and not a Dynamics 365 Add-in error. I would check, do other office add-ins show the same error? I would suggest opening up a support ticket with the Office support team to dig into the error further.
