When I select a list of email activities and click on OOTB Bulk Send button I get the pop up saying "Bulk Send should only be used on open emails and where the intended recipients can be sent emails" but when I open the email record and click on Send button is email is sent.
I am not sure if the Bulk Send has the functionality to send bulk emails
