I created a Model App but the Advanced Icon does not appear anywhere.
Is there a way to add this? I couldn't find it in the app designer.
Hi CRM Learner,
Thank you for sharing your question. Can you please post a screenshot of your Model-driven app not showing the Advanced Find button ? Make sure to hide any sensitive information from the image.
Hi CRM Learner 8,
As per Out-of-the-Box behavior, you will get Advance Find by default.
Hi CRM Learner 8, by default Advanced Find should be visible on the top right corner. If you can't find it, I would suggest checking your Application ribbon using a tool called Ribbon Workbench using the steps below:
First, you should create a light solution for ribbon customization then add "Application Ribbons" component.
Then, Open tool Ribbon Workbench in XrmToolBox then load the created solution.
Every thing related customization of global button such as: show/hide button, change behavior, create/remove button,... will display at group Mscm.GlobalTab. To find this group, slide scrollbar of Home section to find the group to the right.
Click on 'Advanced Find' and check if there are any rules that is set to hide the Advanced Find button.
Thank you. Neither the Advanced Find or even the filter buttons show up on the view. Now does the ability to create a new personal view.
We are on premise version 9, is this why? I have seen them show up on the cloud versions in the past.
Hi CRM Learner 8,Ah yes, on-premise v9.0 DOES NOT include Advanced Find by default.
You have two options.
