I have created order and order product in CRM.
When I submit the order, it is correclty snychronized into NAV.
But synchronization failed from NAV Sales Order to Order and got the below error "The entity cannot be locked because it is read-only".
Any idea how to fix this issue?

if i understand it correctly then you are facing issue while syncing data from NAV to CRM.
If yes then check the mapping field mostly the status and status reason field.
