when we send an E-Mail to a Queue, where the CC is filled with a Contact, Account, Systemuser or Lead, then the Queue won't receive the E-Mail. The CC user gets it, but the Queue won't. If we put an E-Mail in the CC, which isn't connected to the CRM, then the Queue gets the E-Mail.

I think the Queue has a problem to terminate the right Entity to the CC. It also shows an Error in the Queue messages.

Does someone has the solution for this problem?
