I'm new to Portals, and trying to embed a Bing map in my Portal. I tried following this process with no luck:

I did, however, manage to create a simple HTML page which loads the Bing map:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <title>loadmapasyncHTML</title>
    <style type="text/css">
      body {
        margin: 0;
        padding: 0;
        overflow: hidden;
        font-family: "Segoe UI", Helvetica, Arial, Sans-Serif;
      }
    </style>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
    <script
      type="text/javascript"
    ></script>
    <script type="text/javascript">
      var map;
      function loadMapScenario() {
        map = new Microsoft.Maps.Map(document.getElementById("myMap"), {});
      }
    </script>
  </head>
  <body onload="loadMapScenario();">
    <div id="printoutPanel"></div>

    <div id="myMap" style="width: 600px; height: 600px"></div>
  </body>
</html>

I am struggling to figure out how to use this code in my Portal app. This HTML code has a head and body section, both with required components. In the HTML code for the web page in my Portal where I want to put it, there is only <div> sections.

How can I incorporate this into my Portal?
