Welcome to Dynamics 365! Coming from an SAP background, you'll find that the concepts are similar, but the terminology and configuration are different.
If you're referring to Dynamics 365 Field Service, I'd recommend starting with the Microsoft Learn training path. It covers the fundamentals of work orders, service tasks, incident types, inspections, and scheduling in a structured, hands-on way.
A good learning progression is:
1. Understand the core Field Service entities (Work Orders, Incident Types, Service Tasks, Products, and Services).
2. Learn how Service Tasks are created and associated with an Incident Type.
3. Create a Work Order from an Incident Type and observe how the associated Service Tasks are automatically added.
4. Complete the work order lifecycle, including booking, task completion, and closing the work order.
If you have access to a sandbox environment, I highly recommend creating a few sample Incident Types with Service Tasks and then generating Work Orders from them. It's one of the quickest ways to understand how the pieces fit together.
Microsoft Learn provides excellent free, step-by-step labs for Dynamics 365 Field Service, and they're a great place to start if you're learning from scratch.
