Product Receipt Details matching to Posted Purchase order invoice in D365 F&O

Hi,

I am wanting to view the product receipt details that are matched to a posted purchase order invoice in D365 F&O.

Our invoices are all processed through Exflow and are matched to the Purchase Order receipt lines through Exflow processing. Is there a way we can get a report that provides this product receipt information against the invoice?

Hi,

Try this first on a posted invoice and see if product receipt numbers appear.

Go to Accounts Payable → Invoices → Invoice journal, Open a posted invoice → click the Invoice tab on the Action Pane → select Matching details,
If ExFlow data isn't surfacing This shows the matched receipts line by line. contact your ExFlow administrator or SignUp Software support to ask whether ExFlow writes matched product receipt references back to standard D365 AP matching tables, or whether they have a dedicated ExFlow report for PO receipt-to-invoice matching.

There is no direct report with all the details on one page, you can try workaround suggest by Shaluma.
