Hi experts,

I am getting following build error :

I found one blog where suggested - Remove the custom code from J:\DynamicsBackup\Package.

But not sure from which folder do I need to remove customization.

Can you please help on this and suggest solution.

Hi,

Based on the error, I'm making an assumption that you are using a cloud hosted build environment.

The build process creates a backup of Vanilla D365 on the build environment to ensure that each build is running on a "clean" version of D365, plus your source controlled model(s).

This backup is only created if it doesn't already exist.

Delete the backups from the J drive.

Ensure that the K:\AOSService\PackagesLocalDirectory doesnt contain any custom models or ISVs. If it does, delete them.

The next build will take longer than usual, because the backup of Vanilla D365 will kick in and create a new backup on J because it doesn't already exist. This is expected.

See how you get on.
