How to show multiple products being submitted to client without creating separate opportunities

We are looking for a way to show when we are submitting a price for different products under the same account without having them as different opportunities as they will only select one option.
If we were to create an opportunity for each product being sent to the client, then this would skew the lost rate as one will always be closed as won/lost.

The Opportunity table actually includes the ability to add line items to it, similar to a quote.

Add products to an opportunity | Microsoft Learn

You would want to create a single Opportunity record for the potential sale, and then add multiple line items under each. The line items can contain a link out to the CRM Product Catalog, or you can use write-in products depending on your setup. You can then also specify quantity, cost, etc. All line items are considered part of the Opportunity, so your win rate calculations stay correct.
