How can I extend the schedule board highlight to match the work's actual duration in Field Service?

In the Field Service app, the schedule board highlights the time slot for a work item once it’s scheduled. If the work is scheduled from 2PM to 4PM, the time slot is highlighted in a color (e.g., orange). When the status changes from "Scheduled" to "In Progress," the color of the time slot changes to green, indicating that the work is ongoing.
 
However, if the work extends beyond the scheduled time (e.g., the work isn’t completed by 4PM and goes past 5PM), the green highlight only stays until 4PM, and a blue line appears to indicate the actual status of the work. This makes it unclear at first glance that the work is still in progress beyond the scheduled time.
 
 

Is there a way to keep the green highlight for the entire duration of the work, even if it goes past the scheduled time, and make it visually clear that the work is still ongoing?
