Is there a way to restrict access for a user to a specific entity, however, allow them to get access to one or two specific accounts in that entity?

Put in another way: how do I only provide access to 2 accounts within a specific entity to a specific user and restrict all others?

If you don't want to set up Account Level Security, a small amount of custom code can do what you want.

While there are other tools available (Dexterity and VSTools), the easiest supported tool for this would be GP Power Tools.
