We are defining a leveled bill of materials on the material cards.
At the highest level, we have our product code.
Below that, in the semi-finished product definitions, we select "Pegged supply" as the "Line type". This creates a 6-level bill of materials.
At each level, we define operations that are interconnected. The lowest level is 10, the next level up is 20, and so on.
We are experiencing a problem here. For example, I opened 5 production orders for the main product code and started production.
After completing 1 unit of production belonging to operation number 10 at the lowest level, it should move to production belonging to operation number 20.
Because that's how we proceed in production. However, the system doesn't do this.
I can't move to production belonging to operation number 20 until all production belonging to operation number 10 is completed. Is there a solution to this?
If anyone has a solution, could they contact me to discuss the details?
