Why does the PO receipt have different fin.dim than those in the PO fin.dim?

Hi all,

Here are the financial dimensions for my purchase order (screenshot 1). When I attempted to post the PO receipt, the system assigned CC 9999 and Dept 999 (screenshot 2). Is there an override or mapping somewhere that converts CC 321 to 9999 and Dept 320 to 999? Thank you!

No, in the Purchase order tab, I only see accounts mapping to items and categories. Is there a place for financial dimension here?
