Workflow Approval For Fixed Asset Journal

Hi All,
 
I have enables workflow for Journal Batch with the asset template included.
After creating an asset related transaction on the Asset template, I do not see the option to submit for approval, but I get the error message that the document cannot be added, it needs to go for approval.
