Currently, we are having a problem with our transferred registrations not aligning to route transactions. For example, a worker may clock into an operation for 1 hour. When their time is calculated, approved, and transferred, it will show one hour. However, when we look at our route transactions on the production order the operator clocked into, it states 3 hours.
This has been an ongoing issue at our site and we cannot find a solution.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this!
