Financial Dimension uploading on general ledger

Hello community,

I'm trying to upload financial dimensions via Data Management entity into General journals.

However, the fields are not being populated after upload.

Kindly advise.

Could you share an example?

Common issues here are caused by incorrect field format, which Andre refers too, and characters in fields which match the financial dimensions separator, which must escaped using a backslash, e.g. where main account is US-1001, you would need to import US\-1001

Hi,

Can you tell us more about the scenario? What account type are you using? What exact columns with what values did you provide in the source file? Do you have the correct setup on the form Financial dimension configuration for integrating applications?
