Connect project for web through app user,but something goes wrong

Posted on by 2
Hello everyone,
 I created a test app user in the azure, permission allocation is shown in the figure. And I added the app user to the env in the power admin.
When I used the Project schedule APIs to perform operations, the error blew appeared. Connecting to the environment is normal but executing the API's "execute operation set request" will result in an error, as shown below.

{"errorCode":"UserNotLicensed","errorString":"User does not have license to use <ModernProject> with <ReadOnly> access"}

[Microsoft.Dynamics.ProjectServiceCoreSandbox.Plugins: Microsoft.Dynamics.ProjectServiceCoreSandbox.Plugins.ExecuteOperationSetV1]
[6019ee0a-25ea-46b9-96e1-b63527114e1c: Project Service Core Sandbox - ExecuteOperationSetV1]
Starting sync workflow 'Project Service Core Sandbox - ExecuteOperationSetV1', Id: 5dfb88c1-36d8-ee11-904d-00224856dfbe
Sync workflow 'Project Service Core Sandbox - ExecuteOperationSetV1' completed successfully

I don't know what the reason is. Does anyone know what's going on? Is it due to insufficient permission allocation?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the schedule APIs. They require a licensed user.
