Hi all,

I've seen several threads regarding shipment deconsolidation but with no resolution.

I have manually consolidated shipments of the same sales order before posing a packing slip, and would like to split them.

Is it possible to reverse the consolidation?

Hello TG,

There isn't a 'reverse consolidation' feature. I think there are two workarounds:

Cancel the work and release the order again using the 'Cancel Work' feature.

2. Cancel a specific item using the 'Reduce Picked Quantity' feature and release the item again for picking.

After the cancellation of the work and the release, a new shipment should be created.
