I am checking the Withholding tax functionality in D365 FO. The legal entity in which I am testing belongs to "Ghana" country. I am testing this in a TEST environment.
I have done all the required set ups for Withholding tax - like WHT codes, WHT groups and Item WHT groups, Ledger posting group, Authorities and Settlement periods. And also Global withholding tax is enabled in the GL parameters.
To test the whole functionality, I have posted PO invoice, Vendor payment, SO invoice and Customer payment with no issues. When I tried to run the Withholding tax settlement/Payment, system is throwing an error as attached in the image. As per the error, it is checking the Thailand localization it seems.
FYI - Currently we are in UAT phase for 5 African countries and Australia rollout. There are already other legal entities that went live and belong different countries like - Switzerland, Finland, UK, India.
Can someone check this and let me know what is the root cause of the issue and how to resolve?
